4. Shipping Policy
First Beauty Trend is committed to delivering your orders efficiently across the UAE. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery procedures, timeframes, and applicable charges.
4.1 Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. International shipping availability is indicated at checkout.
4.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1 to 2 business days.
- Other UAE Emirates: 2 to 4 business days.
- Remote Areas: 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or high-demand periods. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
4.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a specified minimum order value as displayed on our Website. All shipping charges are inclusive of VAT at 5%.
4.4 Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UAE time) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4.5 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery via our logistics partner's website. For tracking assistance, please contact us at support@firstbeautytrend.com.
4.6 Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be held at a local depot for up to five (5) business days. If the order is not collected or re-delivery arranged within this period, it will be returned to us and you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery, which may be subject to an additional shipping fee.
4.7 Delivery of Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please photograph the package before opening and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate the matter with our logistics partner and arrange a resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
