3. Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy is formulated in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection (as amended by Federal Law No. 19 of 2006) and the UAE Ministry of Economy's Consumer Protection Regulations. Your consumer rights are protected under UAE law.
3.1 Right of Return
You have the right to return eligible products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
- The product seal, if applicable, is unbroken.
- The product is not from the non-returnable categories listed in Section 3.3.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
3.2 How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with instructions for sending the item back. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or does not match its description:
- Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products.
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging (unless received in that condition).
- Products purchased on clearance or final-sale basis.
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.
3.4 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping charges.
3.5 Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card payments: Refund to the original card within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, depending on your bank.
- Store Credit: Refund as store credit within three (3) to five (5) business days, which may be used on future purchases.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3.6 Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is subject to the return process outlined above. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at the details provided.
